Is it time to call a buying signal for office properties in Florida now that the acquisition price has dipped under the replacement cost? Or are office investors trying to catch a falling knife?

If acquisition price has dipped under the replacement cost and rents are up this would be a strong signal of the bottom.
Except in this economy. With the current employment issues, large amounts of held inventory and less than adequate lending; I believe we have a ways to go. So Yes to the Falling Knife Theory.
